When Anastasia Beverly Hills announced the Prism palette I died a little. The shades looked gorgeous and fun and I knew I would be ordering it. The range of shades look perfect for day to day wear but also give you a variety of colourful shades if you want to add that pop of colour.
Lucid – a white gold duo chrome with pink reflect.
Eden – a matte muted coral pink.
Unity – a matte yellow with orange undertones.
Sphinx – a shimmery dark bronze with warm undertones.
Osiris – a shimmery deep purple with purple sparkle.
Sphere – a bright matte yellow.
Obsidian – a matte black.
Dimension – a grey dirty purple duo chrome with pink reflect.
Parallel – a matte warm dark brown.
Pyramid – a shimmery warm, medium gold.
Throne – a black-based shimmery green with purple and green reflect.
Saturn – a matte warm, dusty orange
Eternal – a shimmery warm, medium copper.
Lure – a matte muted dusty mauve.
This palette is your typical ABH formula. The mattes are soft to touch but still pigmented and blendable. Obsidian is the least pigmented and is a touch patchy to swatch but it still works well at darkening the outer corner. With the shimmers, they all feel almost like a cream. Sphinx, Pyramid and Eternal are all beautiful and work amazingly on the eye. Osiris and Throne are just as pigmented however they don’t apply as easily, they require work and building up but look stunning once you do. Lucid and Dimension I feel very eh about. Lucid is chunky and I don’t see the point in it and Dimension doesn’t really work with the rest of the Prism palette. Sphere looks a little terrifying with how bright it is but it’s lot easier to use in looks than I was expecting. Saturn is gorgeous and I’ve been using it all the time.
Overall I’m really enjoying the palette. If it’s one you think you need in your collection then I would get it sooner rather than later as it’s a limited edition palette.
